Beck Ellman Heald advocates and delivers a strategic approach to public relations. Our activities help define and leverage the goals and objectives of your marketing plan. We work hard to assure that all communications have consistent brand and strategic messaging and that we maximize message-driven positive media and community exposure.
Communications Audits
Beck Ellman Heald recommends beginning client relationship with an audit of your current communications platforms to evaluate the consistency and tone of brand and messaging. The audit includes reviewing past public relations and marketing efforts; collateral materials and advertising; internal and external communications, including website and social network content and protocols; and your organization’s crisis communications plan.
Messaging
We work as a team to evaluate current key messaging, determine and prioritize the messages the organization needs to convey to support its brand and mission, and develop a strategy to assure that key messaging remains consistent in all communications.
NOTE: We will work with the team to adjust messaging priorities according to audiences: board of directors, staff, media, community/businesses, constituencies, other organizations and government agencies, as determined.
